ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

To foster a community that celebrates, educates and empowers the one in five with dyslexia.

OUR VISION

Every human with dyslexia is equitably prepared to live, work, and experience life with limitless opportunity.

OUR HISTORY

In 2019, Celebrate Dyslexia was founded with the purpose of being a resource for parents and educators looking for information and community for their dyslexic students.  In addition, with a strengths-based approach to outreach, Celebrate Dyslexia found that this would make their advocacy work unique and solidified the mission to build a community that celebrates, educates and empowers the one in five people affected by dyslexia. By raising community awareness and encouraging advocacy, Celebrate Dyslexia will have a positive influence in changing the narrative around dyslexia and have a direct impact on the educational and medical processes for the next generation.

OUR IMPACT

0

Celebrate Dyslexia is proud to have impacted over 100,000 individuals through dyslexia therapy training, professional development seminars, celebratory events, and community outreach. As we go into 2024, Celebrate Dyslexia proposes to increase this impact to over 250,000 by continuing to spread awareness and providing services to students, parents, educators, community leaders, and medical professionals.
